The firm was established in the year 1985 by CA Upendra K Shah and have been providing Chartered Accountancy services since then, now for the last 40 years. Upendra K. Shah & Co. is right now working as a partnership firm, managed and administered by CA Upendra K. Shah, CA Krupa Shah & CA CS Vishrant U. Shah. We are a team of 3 Chartered Accountants and staff of 10 paid audit assistants. We deliver a one-stop solution to majority of our clients by delivering varied professional services of Auditing and Assurance, Direct Tax – compliance and consultancy, Indirect tax – GST and other indirect tax related consultancy and allied services.

Our team
CA Krupa Shah
CA Krupa Shah qualified as a Chartered accountant in the year 2015 and joined the firm in the year 2020. She brings with her experience of audits of varied entities ranging from partnership firms to Listed Companies, quarterly and annually SEBI Compliance, due diligence and Ind AS Implementation. She currently takes care of the Statutory Audit and matters relating to Direct Taxation at Upendra K Shah & Co.
CA CS Vishrant Shah
CA CS Vishrant Shah qualified as a Chartered Accountant in the year 2014. He cleared his Company Secretary (CS) exams in December 2014 and joined the firm in the year 2015. He brings with him his articleship experience from Deloitte Haskins & Sells -Ahmedabad where he assisted in statutory audits of the entities engaged in Manufacturing, Pharmaceutical business, Ports, Logistics, etc. He takes care of the Indirect Tax Practices, RERA Compliance and audit, Project financing and respective consultancy.
CA Upendra K. Shah
Mr. Upendra Shah qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1984 and is a founder of Upendra K. Shah & Co. He takes care of Auditing and Assurance and Direct Tax Practices of the firm and is managing the firm overall. He has been instrumental in structuring and formulating effective audit and tax strategies for various clients that have culminated into substantial tax advantages by effective tax planning.
